By viewing the layouts and/or graphics offered at this site, you automatically agree to the terms above. Violation and abuse of our terms can result in legal action being taken against you. Please make sure you have fully read and comprehend what this site expects of all visitors. All services and downloads featured on this site are free.

  • You cannot edit a layout's coding or images. You can edit the css file (font size, type, colors, links colors) and the text content
  • You cannot remove the text and/or image links linking back to ~ E m u ~ g r a p h i c s and all other miscellaneous credits
  • Do not publicly distribute my layouts. Don't even archive them and do not submit them or place them on your own or another website for download
  • Do not claim to have created, designed, and/or coded my layouts
  • Do not copy my html coding, my designs, or my graphics in any form or way. I hate the thieves
  • Direct linking/hotlinking is unacceptable
  • Do not alter the layouts in any way (source code, image, etc.)
